Manufacturing Assembler (Former Employee) says

"You better come up to speed right away or your fired! I was training in MCC to wire up high voltage switch boxes and they wanted precision work from the first day! My work looked a little more like 'spaghetti' than a professional wiring job. No time to re-work the job, they just fire you!"

Serviceman (Current Employee) says

"Manager was good but staff are untrained and have no interest in doing the job properly. The cleaners they get don't know how to speak english and have no idea what they are doing"

Assistant Manager (Former Employee) says

"I wouldn't wish a job at this company on my worst enemy. Management doesn't care. Staff are extremely cold. Upper management don't mix with the 'little people'. Experienced my manager crying many times throughout the day on my very first week here. I felt like crying too after a while. Many staff breakdown because of how overworked they are. Too big a company to have any impact. No space for growth."

Forklift Operator (Former Employee) says

"Management at EATON is horrible they do nothing but look out for them self's. And they have no idea what goes on out their. The employee are all good people."

wireman (Current Employee) says

"The fish rots from the head (and perhaps its neck also). A train wreck leadership team highlighted by a blowhard/incompetent operations manager. Credentials and intelligence don't matter, because favouritism and kissing rear ends does."

Inspector-Contract (Former Employee) says

"I worked there as a contractor(aka) temp. All temps had to wear these hideous safety orange vests. We stood out like a sore thumb. We were not allowed to participate in employee functions. The worst part was when I got the call informing me my contract was ended. It was Christmas Eve on a Sunday. No explanation. This was after 7 months of working there.whoopie free fruit on FridaysThe restrooms were filthy, not a nice place to work."

"Management is a complete joke,if you have done nothing wrong they will manufacture something just to get rid of you simply because you do not fit their narrative, work anywhere but this craphole"

Press Operator (Former Employee) says

"They use you and dismiss you. They have horrible issues with paying their employees on time and acting accordingly when it's time for pay raises. They have bonus programs where u submit ideas to help the company and if they use them you're paid, but instead they take your ideas, dont pay you and pawn them off as their own ideas. HR is horrible, and there is a racial divide within the company. Horrible place to work"

"Managers and office staff do not work full days and come and go as they please. Managers do not listen to workers input. Managers are very clicky. Managers will allow some workers to be sick for days and work poorly and not fire them if they like them. Hard workers are fired for calling in sick twice because the y dont like them. Managers are always looking to blame someone for mistakes. Lot of quality problems due to poor quality training and management."

District Operations Coordinator (Former Employee) says

"My position was allowed to work from home at many other Eaton Offices, yet my manager would not let me work from home because he wanted me to sign for FedEx packages and that's because they laid off the office receptionist. Cheap company and would not recommend working there.NothingToo stressful, no promotion opportunities, bad management."

Pre-Commissioning Team Leader (Former Employee) says

"Been working for Eaton and all I can say is STAY AWAY. Full of false promises fake reactions and the money are not ridiculously bad in fact the pay is insultingly bad. Do not even dare to hope for a better rate once you in. So, no support at all, no progression, insulting money (considering you have experience). Toxic if you have the eyes to see it."
